Our client require an Order Fulfilment Planner to join their team for a period of 12-15 months. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and production through the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, and convert them into job cards for the production unit
• Distribute work to production team, ensuring strict time deadlines are adhered to, keeping within the agreed budget
• Maintain ERP systems where applicable
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Attend regular team meetings with Supply Chain Team and Order Fulfilment Manager, and produce information gathered
• Telephone and e-mail correspondence
• Upkeep of spreadsheets

Experience:

• Prior experience in fulfilment/warehouse administration preferred
• Familiarity with supply chain operations and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

Hours

• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Friendly and supportive company.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, one hour lunch.
• On site parking
• Kitchen facilities
