Our client based in the Stalybridge area of Tameside are looking to recruit for a Night Shift Supervisor to start ASAP on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

Duties include:

Working under instruction from Process/ Production Management, you will have knowledge of the Injection Moulding process and experience of working with a range of thermoplastic materials on machinery ranging from twenty-five tonnes to 1400 tonnes.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Injection moulding operations with respect to ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures during their shift, as well as being responsible for maintaining good discipline of the labour force, whilst ensuring housekeeping requirements are met.

Previous experience of performing Mould changes is essential, whilst an understanding of Automation & the setting up of auxiliary equipment will be advantageous, although training will be given.

Additional Information:

• Days – 6.00pm to 6.00am (Monday to Thursday)
• 48hrs per week.
• Pay from £12.30 to £13.85 per hour (Subject to review from April 2024)
