Bennett Staff are looking to recruit a Night Production Supervisor to start ASAP on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Injection Moulding Department so previous experience working in Thermoplastic/Injection Mould Operation is essential.

Duties include:

• Working under instruction from Process/ Production Management, you will have knowledge of the Injection Moulding process and experience of working with a range of thermoplastic materials on machinery ranging from twenty-five tonnes to 1400 tonnes.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the Injection moulding operations with respect to ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures during the shift.
• Being responsible for maintaining good discipline of the labour force, whilst ensuring housekeeping requirements are met.
• Previous experience of performing Mould / Tooling changes is essential.
• An understanding of Automation & the setting up of auxiliary equipment will be advantageous, although training will be given.

Additional Information:

• Nights – 6.00pm to 6.00am (Monday to Thursday)
• 48 Hours per week.
• Pay from £13.32p/h to £14.85 per hour (D.o.E)
• Per Annum Salary = £33,000 to £37,000 (D.o.E)
