CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - Oldham (CSAJN)
Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The successful candidate will utilise a range of computer software and organisational skills to facilitate smooth operations within the organisation whilst delivering a first class customer experience.
Duties
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM software, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Dealing with queries and assisting with customers product choice.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM software; update customer details and sales information regularly.
- Support sales administration activities, including processing orders, quotations, and invoicing.
- Organise appointments, meetings, and schedules efficiently using Microsoft Outlook and calendar management tools.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure organisational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention initiatives and follow-up activities.
- Utilise strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
The successful candidate will have excellent telephone and administration skills.
The role is full time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
