Our client is seeking a Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions by preparing legal documents and conducting property searches.

Duties:
– Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgages
– Conduct property searches to ensure there are no legal issues or restrictions on the property
– Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions to coordinate property transactions
– Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
– Ensure all legal requirements are met during property transactions
– Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
– Proven experience working as a Conveyancer or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

3 years Post Qualification experience essential
