SPARES ADMINISTRATOR (A18051)

£25000 to £26000 PA Permanent

Fantastic opportunity to join our established client in their Spares Administration department. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Working in a friendly modern thriving office.

Some duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Processing orders
  • Providing quotations
  • Communicating with other departments to check availability, delivery etc
  • Providing invoices and dealing with invoicing queries
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Communicating with customers and internal departments via telephone and email
  • General administration duties

What else you need to know:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
  • Parking facilities
  • Kitchen facilities
  • 25 days holidays plus stats
