Highly experienced Service Administrator required for our established, family run client, specialising in Heating Services. This role requires excellent organisation and communication skills to enable smooth running of all projects. Providing all support for the engineers, duties will include:

Speaking to customer over the telephone, establishing requirements and providing quotations

Assigning work to the correct engineers and ensuring all runs smoothly through to completion

Contacting suppliers for all materials, and ensuring they are delivered to sites on time, utilising the companys purchase order system

Managing all engineers workflow, and managing their diaries

Updating the companies service system and ensuring engineers complete paperwork on same

Liaising with sub-contracts and maintaining a good working relationship, ensuring their paperwork is submitted in a timely manner

Liaising internally and assisting in all projects

Submitting invoices to accounts once work is completed

This is a very involved role, and your previous experience in a similar role will be valuable to assist you in executing all duties

You will be working in a small team, and therefore you must be self motivated and be able to apply lots of initiative.
