Duties will include:
Taking inbound call and inputting orders onto Sage system
Taking orders from website
Liaising with warehouse personnel to check deadlines can be met
Arranging deliveries
Supporting customers with a high calibre after sales service
Building relationships with existing, lapsed and new customers
Contacting customers with new product details
Sending out samples
Issuing quotations
What else you need to know:
The successful candidate for this role will be proactive and have a genuine desire to succeed and demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will have experience working in a similar role.
This is a temp to perm position.
Lots of opportunities for progression once the role is permanent.
Hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

£12.71 ph + HP, weekly pay
