SALES ADMINISTRATOR (A17765)

£14.00 to £16.00 PH Permanent

Our local client has a requirement for an adaptable Sales Administrator who can also turn their hand to Inventory Control and Goods In/Out Administration duties! Excellent opportunity with lots of variety! Working 28 hours per week, with the option to commence as late at 9.30am, plus an early finish each Friday!

Duties include:

  • Taking orders over phone and email/website
  • Processing orders, ensuring stock levels are sufficient
  • Arranging transport/carriers etc
  • Checking goods in and out
  • Dealing with BOM’s
  • Stock Taking
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Participating with all other business administration
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries
  • Our ideal candidate will have an Administration background and will enjoy getting to know the business in order to swiftly accomplish the variety of Administration involved!

What else you need to know:

  • £14.00 – £16.00 per hour – depending upon your skills and experience.
  • 28 hours per week over Monday to Thursday 9.30 – 3.30 and 9-1pm Friday
  • Company parking is also available
  • 28 days holidays including BH
  • Local to all amenities
