SALES ADMINISTRATOR (A17812)

£26500 to £26500 PA Permanent

We are excited to be recruiting for one of our well established Tameside Manufacturing clients. As a Sales Administrator you will cover all administration aspects of their Sales process, you will be responsible for advising on orders, checking stock levels are sufficient, processing orders and seeing through to packaging and dispatch.

Some duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing sales information and systems, specifically responsible for the preparation and process of customer orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Effective proactive engagement with other departments as necessary to forecast, plan, and supply as required.
  • Identify material shortages and communicate throughout the relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with all relevant department to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Planning, logistics and packaging coordination.
  •  Administration and reporting as necessary.
  • Invoice administration in line with needs of the business
  • Utilizing CRM system to track appropriate customer engagement.
  • Maintain complete updated sales and pricing records including raising quotations.
  • Adhere to all elements of the Company’s quality standard (ISO9001) and business policies.
  • Support External Sales team as required.
  • Track and monitor the OTIF progress of relevant customers.
  • Ensure all overdue deliveries are monitored with feedback provided internally.
  • Any other duty as deemed appropriate by the company.

Our clients ideal candidate will have similar previous experience and will be technically minded. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal staff is essential. You will be adaptable to take on new concepts and will be highly organized and good when working to strict deadlines.

  • Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, with a lovely 2pm finish on Fridays!
