We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor for one of Tameside’s firms. As a Private client solicitor you will work with individuals and families, providing legal advice on matters such as investments, estate management, taxation and wills.

Some duties include but not limited to: 

Drafting and executing all types of wills. Probate matters including administration of complex estates. Advising clients on tax and lifetime planning. Creation and administration of trusts.

• Trust Cases

What else we need you to know: 

• Experience 5 years + PQE
• Full driving license essential
• 9-5pm Monday to Friday
• £40,000 + benefits
