DISPATCH ADMINISTRATOR (CM2402)

£13.00 to £13.00 PH Temporary

We are seeking a temporary Dispatch Administrator to join our busy client based in the Sutton Weaver area of Cheshire. Our client are a market leading manufacturer in their product and this role will support their general office, stock handling and logistics aspects of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Goods receipt of hardware and off-loading deliveries into Workshop and put away to stock locations.
  • Operation of CRM (in-house application) for stock movements and logistics. Assists maintain currency of active stock and project allocations.
  • Preparation of outbound deliveries, crating up of hardware equipment and dispatch administration.
  • Physical assessment of inbound panel build, to planned schedule and consumption of hardware kits. Prepare re-order requisitions spreadsheets as needed for management sign-off.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in dispatch administrative role is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Proficiency in Spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills

Working hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Please note this is a temporary role, estimated 6-8 weeks initially.
