CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (A17198)

£25000 to £26000 PA Permanent

We are excited to be recruiting for an additional Customer Service Rep for our client based in Didsbury, Stockport. You will ensure an excellent service and product delivery, you will demonstrate your high level of customer service skills.

Duties will include:

  • Responsibility of being proactive and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Advising customer on delivery dates, after sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with resilience for this busy role.
  • Communicating internally to ensure resolutions are met
  • Administration duties
  • Providing a first class, professional customer experience!
  • You will possess excellent IT skills

  • Salary is £24,000 rising to £25,000 after 6 months.
