CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (A18050)

£25000 to £26000 PA Permanent

Our client based in Cheshire is looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Working in a friendly modern office environment, within this fast growing firm.

Some duties will include:

  • Responding to customer and ensuring the requirements are understood
  • Managing all paperwork associated with Engineers site visits
  • Creating Contract paperwork and ensuing Terms and Conditions are up-to-date
  • Co-ordinate engineers and ensure they have all they need for site visits
  • Dealing with issues and raising as necessary
  • Working alongside other departments
  • Answering the phone and passing to right department as required
  • General administration/customer service duties

What else you need to know:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
  • Parking facilities
  • Kitchen facilities
  • 25 days holidays plus stats
