Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating CNC milling machines.

Duties will include:

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up and adjust machinery.
• CNC Turning – programming, setting and operating
• CNC programming – CAD/CAM
• Finishing (Pedestal Drills and Automatic Machine Tappers)
• Any other duties as required

Experience – Candidates should have experience or familiarity with the following skills:

• Proficiency in operating CNC mills and understanding of logic controllers.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to assemble components effectively.
• Experience with CAD software for interpreting designs.
• Basic math’s skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
• Previous experience in working with variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, acetals
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
