BUYING OFFICE ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATOR (A17398)
We are looking to recruit an all-round Buying Office Assistant / Administrator for one of our well estalbished clients based in Tameside.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing suppliers
- Carry out stock checks and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times
- Creating new suppliers on system
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date ERP
- Deal with any internal purchasing
- Creating reports
- Organizing travel/hotel expenses as required
- Dealing with the supply of internal workwear/expenses as needed
What else you need to know:
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday – 35 per week
- 20 days hols plus stats, rising 1 per year up to 25 days.
