SERVICE DESK ANALYST (A17941)
We require a Tech Savvy Administrator experienced in providing a great Customer Service for one of our clients departments. Combine your passion for all things electronic with this great job opportunity! You will be an experienced, highly organized administrator with good communication and customer service skills. Supporting the Servicing Team, you will complete all related administration
Some duties including but are not limited to:
- Enabling ticket route
- Activating jobs
- Data audits
- Admin support for third party providers
- Registering warranties
- Processing payments
- Your excellent customer service skills will ensure a professional service is received:
- Dealing with queries and escalating any issues
- Remotely connecting devices
What you need to know:
