Well established Lancashire firm are looking to recruit an experienced Manual Machinist – Vertical borer.

Some duties include but not limited to: 

• Time-served and/or skilled to a high level.
• Medium Engineering in a Sub-Contact environment preferred.
• Experience of Turning and Boring machines would be advantageous.
• Must be able to work to tight tolerances and work under own initiative.
• One offs and small batch work. Working with various materials – steels and stainless steels.

What else you need to know: 

• 39 Hours of Work Monday to Friday.
• Overtime – Pre shift and after shift all week. Saturday morning and Sunday morning on a business need basis.
• Ability to commute to Heywood.
• Company pension.

• Early finish on Friday.
• Free on-site parking.
• 33 days holiday.
• Up to £31434 salary per annum before overtime.
• Working within a very well experienced team.
