TEST ENGINEER - Stockport (TEJN)
Established in 2009 and based in Stockport, our client is an innovation-led contract electronics design and manufacturing company, delivering high-reliability and electronic solutions to many sectors including automotive, Industrial machinery, medical and military.
We are currently recruiting for a Test Engineer to plan, execute and analyse electrical testing activities to validate performance, safety and compliance.
The Role:
- Perform functional testing on PCBs and various electrical Panels.
- Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and document all findings.
- Perform PAT Testing and assist development staff with testing needs.
- General building electrical inspections and routine maintenance.
The Person:
- Qualified Electrician or holding a relevant engineering qualification.
- Proven electronics and test experience.
- Previous experience in a similar field is highly desirable.
Our client is happy to consider suitably experienced and qualified candidates who are looking for either part time or full-time hours – between 3 – 5 days per week. Salary range is from £35,000 plus (pro-rata), depending on experience.
- Hours are 8:00 am – 4:45 pm Monday to Thursday – with an early 2pm finish on Fridays.
- 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
