SERVICE DESK CO-ORDINATOR - Bredbury (SDCKM)
- Job Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and schedule work efficiently
- Client Communications: Handle service and update calls, liaise with clients, and maintain a positive client relationship
- Scheduling Allocate jobs based on engineer skill set, availability, and location to maximise efficiency
- Managing Subcontractors: raising purchase orders and following up for job completion details & invoices
- Project Tracking: Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and manage job costs
- Quoting and Documentation: Compile quotations, manage client rates, and handle purchase orders and invoices
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Manage in a very busy productive role
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
- £13.00 per hours + holiday pay, weekly pay
- Canteen and company parking
