SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR - OLDHAM (SRKM)
- Answering phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing student and staff records through accurate data entry and maintenance
- Organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for school staff and administration
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handling incoming emails and correspondence efficiently
- Maintaining organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Providing general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assisting with school event organization and administrative tasks as required
- Proven office experience or administrative background within an educational setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for document preparation and data management
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
