Our client based in Ashton under Lyne; are looking to recruit a Process Operative / Driver to start ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties include: 

Various duties throughout the manufacturing section including:

• Product assembly/fabrication of safety equipment
• Working as part of a team on a Laminator Line producing safety equipment
• Converting material to production specifications/ instructions with cutting machinery
• Baling waste material.
• Packing of various products for dispatch
• Loading /Unloading vehicles.
• Ensuring that the mat production is cost-effective with minimal adhesive usage and waste generated.
• Completing the necessary paperwork /records
• Maintaining the quality standards agreed.
• Working as part of a team to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Follow Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines.
• Be able to travel site if required to assist with equipment installation.
• Must have previous experience driving a Long Wheelbase 3.5 ton vehicle.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as reasonably requested by your manager.
• Must be over 25 due to vehicle insurance reasons.

Working Hours: 

• 8.00 am to 5.00 pm – Monday to Thursday
• 8.00 am to 1.30 pm – Friday.
• 39 hrs per week

Additional Information:

• 12 Week Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate.
• Onsite Parking.
