Join our dynamic client as a Personal Lines Sales Advisor, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive growth in our personal insurance offerings for both Home and Motor. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective clients, nurture existing relationships, and identify tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Your proactive approach and passion for sales will help expand our footprint in the personal insurance market, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and coverage options. Duties

Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement to generate leads and expand client base
Working to targets
Calculating and providing quotations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for continuous improvement
Upsell additional coverage options or policy enhancements to existing clients to increase revenue and provide comprehensive protection solutions

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, with a focus on personal or business insurance preferred
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer data
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset

What else you need to know:

Basic salary is £27,300 pa plus uncapped commission!
Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and alternative Saturday mornings, once training completed.
