KEY ACCOUNT / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CM/KAP)
We are seeking a confident, dynamic and results-driven Account Manager who is adept with Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a knack for leadership. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding a client base while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Must be computer literate and be able to utilize specialized services such as Ebay and Amazon in addition to company software to take, input and process orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of business runs seamlessly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals.
- Provide regular updates to management on account status, sales forecasts, and potential risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role is essential.
- Self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone or email, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities with a professional working attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm
- Pay: Starting from £12.31 per hour (Raising to £25k once perm)
