Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of various machinery within our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and Electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. The Machine Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while operating machinery.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as required.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians or apprentices when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Machine Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualification in Electricals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues across departments.
