Join a dynamic team In Stockport on an ongoing temporary contract as an Administrator, where you will lead the operational and administrative functions. Making sure the office runs smoothly, and being the first point of contact for customers.

 

Some duties include: 

  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and Via email
  • Processing and inputting orders on the in house system
  • Dealing with Customers on the front counter
  • Taking and processing cash, card and online payments
  • Updating customers on deliveries
  • All admin duties required to help run the office

Experience

  • Experience with phone handling emails, and face to face customer service
  • Be able to work alone and within a team
  • The ability to process payments
  • Problem solving

What else you need to know: 

  • Hours Monday to Friday 8 am – 4.30 pm The odd Saturday 8 am – 12 pm.
  • Salary £12.71 Per hour.
  • Off street parking and local to all amenities
