ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - Hadfield (AAKM)
We are seeking a organised Accounts Administrator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Glossop, this role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, experience with accounts and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Accounts administrator
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Purchase invoices
- Sales invoices
- Delivery notes
- Answering the phone and taking messages/dealing with queries
- Ringing customers re delivery etc
- Speaking to suppliers
Requirements
- Experience with accounts
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial services operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience working within an accounting or finance environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently whilst also being a collaborative team player.
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and process optimisation

- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday could be Flexible on hours
