Here are the benefits of being auto-enrolled on the pension scheme, from 12 weeks.

If you are over the age of 22 and work for Bennett Staff for longer than 12 weeks, you will be auto-enrolled in the pension scheme. You will not be able to touch this pension pot until you are 55 years old (57 from 2028). This is a legal requirement introduced by the government to help save for their retirement.

Should you decide to opt-out you need to contact NOW Pensions for an opt-out form (you have up to 30 days to do this), we will then go on the system and change your records accordingly.
