ASSISTANT MANAGER - Stockport (AMJN)
Our client is seeking a dedicated Ventilation Assistant Manager to support their Branch Manager. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of the Ventilation Sector. Strong leadership skills are essential to ensure targets are met and staff are encouraged.
Duties:
- Lead team in a positive working environment
- Build relationships with customers
- Ensure compliance and health and safety standards are met
- Identify any staff training required
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are met
- Proven experience in knowledge related to ventilation
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams or projects
What else you need to know:
- Driving licence is essential for this role.
- Full time hours Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays
- 22 days holidays plus stats
- £32 – £35,000k
