SALES ADMINISTRATOR - Bredbury (SAJN)
Our client has a rare opportunity for an additional Sales Administrator to join their stable, established team. The role is very varied, from taking the customers’ orders, checking stock availability through to ensuring safe and prompt delivery of goods.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking orders over the telephone, email and website
- Liaising with customers to ensure exact requirements
- Processing orders onto system
- Checking with stores to ensure stock levels are available
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders as needed
- Arranging delivery
- After sales care to ensure the customer has received a first-class service
- Any ad hoc admin or warehousing duties that may be required
You will have previous similar experience in the manufacturing sector, have a stable work history and be proud of the level of service you provide and be used to going that extra mile!
What else you need to know:
- Full time hour Monday to Friday
- 30 days holidays pa including stats
- Company parking and kitchen facilities
