We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our client In Stockport. The role is ongoing temporary. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy schedule

Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and offer them refreshments
• Manage busy periods.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Collaborate with staff and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support the team during peak hours by helping with light tasks as needed.
• Must be professional at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest relations. .
• Join us in providing exceptional service to our guests while enjoying a dynamic work environment!
• 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday) 36 hours per week – 1 day off during the week
