Our client based in Dukinfield, Cheshire are looking to recruit a Order Fulfilment Support Administrator to start from January 2025 on an ongoing temporary basis. .

As the Order Fulfilment Support, you will be:

• Assist with planning orders.
• Assist with converting incoming orders into jobs for the production team in a timely manner
• Assist with planning the orders for the day and distributing to the production team
• Working from 2 ERP systems
• Speaking to customers and companies on the phone and on Teams
• Regularly speaking to the sales & supply chain departments to plan the orders for the machines and the operators.

For this Planning role, we are looking for someone that is energetic, confident, and outgoing along with:

• Planning experience within manufacturing
• Experience of Fulfilment and/or Warehouse Administration is vital
• Confident telephone manner and able to converse with operators to directors.
• Able to work under pressure and manage busy periods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Able and willing to work in an office environment but can also go on the shop floor when required.
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and oral

Additional Information:

• Monday – Friday (9:00-17:00) 45-minute lunch or 8:45 – 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch
• 36.25 hrs per week.
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour.
• Free On-Site Parking.
