OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR (A17335)

Expanding Tameside Client require a flexible Operations Co-Ordinator, this role requires a highly organzised individual with strong administration skills.

You will be able to work from home and office but travel to a number of their sites so a driver will be essential for this role.

Some duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Day-to-day logistics of the business
  • Long and short term Preventative planning
  • Short term reactive planning
  • Implementation of resource schedules
  • Coordination of both internal and external resource
  • Ensuring cost data is inputted into jobs and financial trackers to allow budgetary tracking
  • Creation of job packs for Engineers including drawings, RAMS and Checklists
  • Lead the permit and local authority approvals process for proactive and reactive maintenance as required.
  • Support continuous improvement plan with Service Manager and Head of Service Operations
  • Health and Safety of the business
  • Ensure that RAMS are stored correctly and submitted to key stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner
  • Completion of task specific RAMs
  • Completion of permits to work
  • Support HSEQ Manager in planning H&S audits for maintenance visits internal and external, resolving corrective actions by working with the Head of Service Delivery
  • Sentinel Coordinator
  • Assist in the implementation of Engineers’ safety training sessions
  • Working Site Relationships and Requirements
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients and key stakeholders to produce reporting documentation produced by the Tech Team
  • Build relationships and rapport with local authorities and establish the process for permit submissions in each locale.
  • Financial Coordination and Monitoring
  • Ensure costs related to jobs are tracked and managed including engineers’ expenses, accommodation and travel and material costs
  • Ensure PO’s are created on the correct job for any purchases

Position Requirements (knowledge & experience)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge (including Microsoft/Google office products)

  • 3 days office based, 2 days from home
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • £26000 pa
  • standard 20 days holidays plus stats
  • onsite parking
