ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR (A2203)
Our client-based in Tameside, are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to start ASAP on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering the phone / Door to Clients and Tenants
- Dealing with Enquiries
- All sales ledger functions – Posting of receipts credit control and chasing debtors for over due payments
- Weekly reports on all accounts
- Purchase Ledger functions – Posting of payments and BACS transfers
- Management of purchase invoices from day book entry to posting to the ledger
- Preparation of weekly payment schedule
- Assisting the both directors with management of property elements of the business
- Bank and Petty cash reconciliation
- Inputting sale orders and purchase orders
- Any other Admin duties that are needed
- Management of Health and Safety file
- Must have excellent IT skills with good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience using Xero Software.25
- Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Must have a good eye for detail.
- Must be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
What else you need to know:
- £12.50 – £16.00 ph, plus HP, weekly pay whilst temporary
- Hours to be agreed between 20 – 25 hours per week over Monday to Friday
- Company parking is also available
- Local to all amenities
