SERVICE DESK CO-ORDINATOR - Stockport (SDOKM)
- Job Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and schedule work efficiently
- Client Communications: Handle service and update calls, liaise with clients, and maintain a positive client relationship
- Scheduling and Optimisation: Allocate jobs based on engineer skill set, availability, and location to maximise efficiency
- Managing Subcontractors: raising purchase orders and following up for job completion details & invoices
- Project Tracking: Monitor job progress, ensure timely completion, and manage job costs
- Quoting and Documentation: Compile quotations, manage client rates, and handle purchase orders and invoices
- Strong communication and numerical skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 7.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday 7.30 am – 4 pm Friday
- Company parking
