Our award winning client urgently require a Service Desk Analyst to join their established Customer Service team. A high standard of communication is essential to ensure the high calibre standard of service.

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to customers, 3rd party service providers and field service engineers
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries and any issues that may arise
  • Coordinating service requests
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with payments
  • Setting up accounts
  • Administer portal for service partners, dealers and customers
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering parts when require

Whilst the role is supporting the engineers and not particularly technical, an interest in all things tech savvy would be very advantageous!

This will be a hybrid working role once training is completed (approx 3 months) with 3 days work from home and two on site.
