SALES ORDER / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - Bredbury (SOCEJN)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Order/Customer Service Executive to join our clients established team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing exceptional client support, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in multiple languages, and the ability to handle various customer service functions efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and supporting sales operations through effective data entry and client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using relevant software tools.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards of service.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Experience with sales order processing or in a sales environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills required.
- Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively.

Full time hours Monday to Friday.
