SALES ADMINISTRATOR - Dukinfield (SAJN)
We are really excited to be recruiting for one of our local expanding firms. You will be working within a lively office with a great friendly team.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer accounts in a professional manner, building lasting relationships and ensuring a first-class service
- Processing orders, checking stock and arranging delivery
- Dealing with purchase orders and invoicing etc
- Product administration
- Dealing with customers and answering queries regarding product specifications
The ideal candidate:
- Proactive
- Keen eye for details
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft applications.
- Take pride in ones work, and be self-motivated to work off own initiative
- Good team player
- Keen to get stuck in with all office administration when and where needed
- Definitely not a clock watcher!
What else you need to know:
- Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- 20 days holidays plus stats
