PURCHASE LEDGER / FINANCE PERSON - Tameside (A18398)

Our established Tameside client require a Purchase Ledger Executive to join their busy team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months:

Duties:

  • Process and input high volumes of invoices accurately into the accounting system
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure suppliers are paid on time
  • Assist with month-end procedures and reports
  • ACS payments
  • Maintain organised records of invoices, payments, and transactions
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment-related queries

Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, handling purchase ledger duties
  • Foreign currency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
