We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join one of our Client’s manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Your hands-on approach will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with Production experience who enjoy working with tools and machinery to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Weighing of ingredients to specified weights
- Compounding of ingredients into rubber polymer compound
- Quality control
Good in / Out
- Ensuring company policies are fully followed
- General housekeeping
To carry out such duties that are deemed necessary to the company and on going production line
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in an production environment
- Valid Driving license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- £12.71 per hour – £12.71 from April
- Hours Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
