OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - Droylsden (OAJN)
Our long established, family run company require an Office Administrator to take orders and process orders ensuring a first class customer experience.
Tasks will be varied, and will include:
- Taking orders over phone, email and website and entering onto Sage
- Liaising with customer and workshop regarding details for bespoke products
- Liaising with workshop and suppliers re stock availability
- Dealing with couriers, keep customer informed of delivery changes if needed
- Invoicing
- Helping with any other admin duties including website management and marketing ideas
- Assisting with stock control when needed
Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and reliable and have exceptional customer service skills.

What else you need to know:
- Hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.45pm Friday.
- Parking on site.
- Holidays are 21 + stats rising increasing yearly to 25.
