LEGAL SECRETARIES - Greater Manchester (LSKM)
Duties:
- Manage and organize legal documents using document .
- Processing invoices, expenses, and managing client billing
- Welcoming clients, handling inquiries, and acting as a point of contact.
- Perform legal case management tasks such as filing, data entry, and document review to ensure case files are current and accurate.
- Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with document transcription and proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy in all legal materials.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically for efficient retrieval of case materials.
Experience:
- Attention to Detail
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple diaries and prioritize competing deadlines
- Communication & Confidentiality: Strong written/verbal skills and discretion handling sensitive information.
What else you need to know:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm with one hour for lunch
- £13.00 per hour + Holiday pay, weekly pay whilst temporary
- Temp to perm
- Parking close by
