We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Laboratory Manager to oversee our clients Construction Materials Testing laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in this field and will have good leadership skills. Managing a small team of established laboratory personnel, ensuring compliance with UKAS, the role will include:

Manage construction material testing, eg soil, aggregate, concrete etc
Manage quality management system
Supervise and train staff
Ensure quality of equipment including identifying repairs and replacements needed
Manage Health and Safety of lab

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years management experience in this field and hold a degree in Materials Science or related discipline.
