EXTERNAL / STATUTORY AUDIT ASSOCIATE - Liverpool (JNAA)
Our established client require an experience and qualified External/Statutory Audit Associate to work closely with the Audit Manager. Based in our clients Liverpool office, duties will include:
- Complete audit work in accordance with planning documentation.
- Assist Lead Audit Associates / Senior Audit Associates with audit fieldwork.
- Support, plan and finalize audit engagements, working directly with the client under Manager / Director / Partner supervision.
- Direct communication with client finance staff to obtain audit evidence.
- Drafting of reports, letters and other documentation to be provided to clients.
- Progress and develop your own skills and knowledge in line with your agreed goals and objectives.
- Ad-hoc assignments, including potential opportunities to be involved in other assurance report assignments (service charge, client money, SRA, grant claims, etc), forensic accounting and financial due diligence reporting.
Successful candidate will have minimum 18 month previous experience and be qualified to ACA/ACCA or AAT equivalent.
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- 28 days holidays plus the option to buy a further 5 per year
- Salary £42,000 – £48,000
