We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker. to Join a school Based in Hyde. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Caretaking Keyholder, The Caretaker will play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment while adhering to all relevant health and safety standards.

Enhanced DBS on the Update service needed or we can help provide this.

Responsibilities

Basic Maintenance of the site.
DIY tasks
Working alongside cleaners and helping with any issues.
Setting up chairs for the morning assembly and tables in the canteen.
Liaising with contractors attending site Performing fire alarm tests.
Key holder responsible for locking/unlocking of the premises.
Site Patrol
Bin emptying around the site.

Working Hours and Rate:

Role 1: 7.30am to 4.00pm– Monday to Friday (Temp to Perm position)
Role 2: 5.45am to 2pm (2-3 months cover)
Flexible to cover may be needed for both roles to cover holiday/sickness cover.
£13.19 per hour plus Holiday Pay – weekly pay
