DEPUTY CATERING MANAGER - Tameside (JNDCM)
We are recruiting for a Deputy Catering Manager to work term-time only at our clients Tameside school. Previous experience is essential, and you will be responsible in assisting the Catering Manager with the following:
- Running and managing the kitchen with daily operational duties
- Preparation foods and serving meals to both students and staff
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in a kitchen and dining areas are adhered to
- Setting and clearing tables as needed
- Assisting with checking stock and receiving deliveries
- Supporting other kitchen staff as required
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about nutrition in as school environment and have experience plus a relevant qualification. Excellent organizational skills will be necessary for this fast paced role.
- Fully enhanced DBS is essential.
- Hours are 8 – 3.45 Monday to Thursday, finishing at 3.30 on Fridays.
- Term time plus 3 days.
