We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator (Fanuc) to join a manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in precision machining, and related processes. The ideal applicant will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operating of CNC machines using Fanuc controls.
Operating vertical, horizontal & turn / mill machining centres.
Production of various types of fasteners and other turned parts.
Production of machined items using works instruction (machine shop card).
First off & stage inspection and signing off of each stage on the works instruction (machine shop card).
Selection of suitable tooling & replacing the tooling in the correct location on completion of each job.
Performance of weekly maintenance check on all machines, any faults to be reported to the Works Manager immediately.
Maintain a clean workshop as per the machine shop cleaning rota.
Maintaining a clean personal workspace.
Willing to perform other reasonable duties as directed by the Management Team.

Working Hours:

8.00am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday
40hrs per week.

Pay Rate:

£15.00 to £17.00 per hour (D.O.E).
