BANK MEDICAL RECEPTION STAFF - Tameside (KMMR)
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR systems such as Emis
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
- manage medical collections in accordance
- Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation review and filing of medical records.
- Provide clerical support to the medical staff as needed, including typing reports and managing correspondence.
- Answering phones Emails ETC
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Emis is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing documentation and scheduling tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially in compliance with regulations.
- Experience in medical office management or administrative support is beneficial.

- 8 am – 6 pm
