POWDER COATING SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (PCOCM)

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily operations within a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the powder coating process, ensuring quality standards are met, and supervising a team of technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently to maintain production flow and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily operations within the powder coating facility
• Leading, motivating, and managing a production team to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards
• Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring efficient use of machinery
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement across processes and output

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience within a powder coating environment
• Solid knowledge of powder coating plant, processes, and equipment
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible approach to working hours when require
