We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a busy and energetic team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales teams, and internal departments. Your enthusiasm for customer service and sales will drive efficiency, support business growth, and enhance the overall customer experience. Some responsibilities:

  • Working within the sales team
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Admin and sales support
  • Manage customer databases by updating contact information and sales history regularly.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating on projects and sharing insights to improve processes.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to client interactions.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

What else you need to know:

  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
  • £12.71 per hour + HP, weekly pay
  • Company parking
