Our industry-leading client requires a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This role focuses on developing and executing traditional marketing strategies that complement their digital efforts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to category promotion. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation, market research, and campaign management, with a keen understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives and grow within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement traditional marketing campaigns, including print, direct mail, events, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage content creation for offline marketing collateral.
Organise and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with digital team to maintain updates on category areas across the website.
Monitor campaign performance through analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise effectiveness.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all offline channels.
Support the integration of offline campaigns with digital initiatives for cohesive branding.
Ensure all activities are delivered in time and within budget.
Produce monthly reports.

Requirements

Marketing degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing role, including non-digital, traditional marketing strategies.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

Salary is £30,000
Full time hours, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
25 days hols pa + stats
Whilst this is initially a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months, there is potential that this may be extended.
